Furthermore, the Firm advices Italian listed companies as per all aspects related to the corporate governance, the liaison with the Italian stock exchange and security commission (Borsa Italiana and Consob) and the compliance with laws and regulations applicable to listed companies.
Moreover, the Firm is Partner Equity Market of the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana) and is an advisor in the framework of ‘PiùBorsa’ project.
