Corporate administrative liability
The Firm has impressive experience in assisting clients in the area of corporate administrative liability, for offences committed in the interest and/or to the benefit of companies by their management, employees or third parties as envisaged by Italian Decree Law no. 231/01, and it assists a large number of Italian and international companies and groups in the compliance sectors, during the construction, adoption, implementation and maintenance of compliance programmes, and in particular organisation, management and control structures under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. Moreover, the Firm also provides assistance regarding the legal aspects of risk assessment, focussed on the analysis and improvement of the internal control system.
