Illiceto, 35 years, from Naples, has first acquired his experience in the Milan offices of the Law Firm Guardamagna Malcovati Moro Visconti and Law Firm of Carlo d’Urso and subsequently has worked for 7 years at Chiomenti, in Rome and Hong Kong.
Fabrizio Illiceto has acquired over the years a strong expertise in the field of corporate law, capital markets and public M&A, thanks to the experience made in the Law Firm of Carlo d’Urso and at Chiomenti .
In the last two years, while in Hong Kong, he was the promoter of the initiative of Chiomenti Law Firm that lead the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to recognize Italy as an admitted jurisdiction of incorporation for the admission to the listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
