BVR&PARTNERS and Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia & Associati assisted Meridie S.p.A. for a share capital increase with exclusion of the option right for an amount of EUR 2 million, reserved for the institutional investors Focus Consult Asia pte Ltd (through the European branch of the group, Focus Asia Gmbh) and the Luxembourg Fund BN&P Nano Growth Secure Pro Lux Fund, branch no. 1 of Secure Pro Lux S.A., particularly active in the Asian market. Meridie S.p.A. was assisted by the partner Fabrizio Iliceto and the senior associate Luigi Lombari, for BVR & Partners, and by the partner Roberto de Bonis for Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia & Associati.
