BVR&Partners, with the partner Roberto de Bonis, the senior associate Fabio D’Esposito (in picture) and the junior associate Oscar Arcà, assisted Venice PMI S.r.l., an investment vehicle belonging to Palladio Group, and the managers in the sale of the whole corporate capital of Energeya S.r.l., a company engaged in the implementation and development of high performance software solutions for energy trading, to SunGard Italia S.r.l. SunGard Italia S.r.l., a company belonging to SunGard Group, was assisted by Orsingher Ortu Avvocati Associati, with the partner Domenico Colella and the associates Federico Roviglio, Ludovico Anselmi, Silvia Ciardiello, Sabino Sernia e Davide Serra.
