BVR&Partners with Equilybra Capital Partners S.p.A. in the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Bimal S.p.A.

A team of BVR&Partners, composed of the partner Roberto de Bonis, the senior associate Fabio D’Esposito and the junior associate Oscar Arcà assisted Equilybra Capital Partners S.p.A. - an investment company founded by Matteo Gatti and Paolo Prati which invests in small and medium private and listed Italian companies - in the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Bimal S.p.A., a company active in the business of designing, manufacturing and selling test stands. In the context of the transaction the shareholders of Bimal S.p.A. have reinvested in the company which has pursued the acquisition.
