BVR&Partners with Injection Capital S.r.l., GenCap Advisory S.r.l. and other investors in the acquisition of a minority shareholding in First Advisory S.r.l.
BVR&Partners assisted Injection Capital S.r.l., GenCap Advisory S.r.l. and other investors in the acquisition of a 40% shareholding in First Advisory S.r.l., a company based in Milan, operating in the insurance sector, which is skilled in the brokerage of private insurance policies through a favourite access to a wide range of foreign Insurance Companies. The BVR team, managed by the partner Roberto de Bonis, was composed also of the salary partner Fabio D’Esposito and the trainee lawyer Sara Porta. First Advisory and the sellers were assisted by Studio Legale Chiomenti, with the partner Stefano Mazzotti and the associates Arnaldo Cremona, Giacomo Colombo and Roberto Gava. Injection Capital S.r.l., founded by Leonardo Bruzzichesi, is a company which carries out advisory activities in favour of private investors, both Italian and foreign, in connection with equity investments in Italian small and medium companies (PMIs) with high potential and a turnover between EUR 5 and EUR 15 million. GenCap Advisory S.r.l., founded by Michelangelo Mantero, is an independent Private Equity advisory firm dedicated to Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals, that provides its clients with a complete outsourcing of all activities related to direct Private Equity investments, with special focus on small and mid-cap Italian companies.
