BVR&Partners assisted Viar S.p.A. in the acquisition of the majority of the corporate capital of Forgiatura Marcora S.r.l., a company leader in design, production and supply of outlet fittings, special flanges, connectors and special forged pieces. The BVR team, managed by the partner Roberto de Bonis, was composed also of the salary partner Fabio D’Esposito and the trainee lawyer Chiara Puma. Viar S.p.A., founded 1980, is a company operating in OIL & GAS sector, leader in design, production and supply of outlet fittings, special flanges, connectors and forged pieces in general for various applications, including subsea applications.
