BVR&Partners in the sale of a majority stake in Summano Sanità S.p.A. to Equitix Italia 3 S.r.l.

BVR&Partners assisted Gemmo S.p.A., Palladio Holding S.p.A. and Ing. E. Mantovani S.p.A. in the sale of the shares representing about 70% of the corporate capital of Summano Sanità S.p.A., the SPV granted with the concession of the Azienda Unità Sanitaria Locale no. 7 “Pedemontana” for the planning, execution of works, technical and economic management in project financing of the hospital "Nuovo Polo Ospedaliero Unico Alto Vicentino". Gemmo S.p.A. will continue to hold a minority interest in Summano Sanità S.p.A. and carry out the activities under the service and maintenance agreements with the SPV. BVR&Partners’ team was composed by the partners Roberto de Bonis and Fabio D’Esposito and senior associate Marella Lavarone.
