BVR&Partners assisted A+A Design Studio srl in the sale of a branch in favour of CadicaGroup spa.
BVR & Partners, with a team composed of the partner Roberto de Bonis (in the picture) and the junior associate Marella Lavarone, assisted A+A Design Studio S.r.l., a company founded by Andrea Dall'Olio, fabric designer and author of famous moodboards in Italy and overseas, in the sale of a branch operating mainly in the publication and sale of moodboards and in the creation and sale of fabric designs to CadicaGroup S.p.A., a leading company operating in the high quality labels that is controlled by the Private equity fund Gradient I. CadicaGroup purchased the business branch through a newly established company, named A + A Design Studio S.r.l., where Andrea Dall'Olio will continue to play the role of artistic director. The buyer was assisted by the law firm MAC Legal of Padua with a team led by the partner Giulio Marzella.
