BVR&PARTNERS with Safe Bag S.p.A. for the admission to listing on the AIM Italia
BVR&Partners advised Safe Bag S.p.A. and the Nomad Baldi&Partners in the process for the admission to listing of the shares of Safe Bag S.p.A. on the AIM Italia Market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.. The admission to listing has been obtained after a placement with institutional investors of Safe Bag shares, for approximately EUR 3.5 millions . The team of BVR&Partners for this transaction is composed by the partners Gianbenso Borgognoni Vimercati and Fabrizio Iliceto, the Of Counsel Stefano Baruffato, the senior associate Luigi Lombari and the associate Pierpasquale Franco.
