BVR&PARTNERS with Savino Del Bene for the listing on MTA.
Savino Del Bene has been admitted to listing on the MTA by the Italian Stock Exchange. At the same time, Savino Del Bene has obtained the approval of the tripartite prospectus by the Consob. Global coordinator of the transaction are Mediobanca, MPS Capital Services and Nomura. BVR&Partners is the Italian law firm advising Savino Del Bene in the transaction.
