BVR&Partners assisted Italglobal Partners in the acquisition of CMI-Cerniere Meccaniche Industriali S.r.l., a company engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of mechanical hinges for household usage based in Crespellano (BO). The transactions was followed out by the partner Roberto de Bonis, assisted by the senior associate Germana Loffari and Rosa Mercone and by the associate Francesco Meccariello. The acquisition of CMI is the first M&A transaction in which is involved the Milan office of BVR&Partners, after the partner Roberto de Bonis has joined the firm. Roberto de Bonis is a former partner of Giliberti Triscornia Pappalettera e Associati. Together with de Bonis, among others, the junior associate Oscar Arcą has joined BVR&Partners; he previously worked for KStudio Associato, law firm of KPMG.
