BVR&Partners starts a new practice in Administrative and Environmental law - The law firm continues its expansion: Alessio Mauro joins the firm as Of Counsel for Administrative and Environmental law.

BVR&Partners continues its path of growth after Roberto de Bonis (former Partner at Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia) has joined the firm as a Partner in Milan Office together with a Junior Associate Oscar Arcà (former associate at KLegal), by starting a new practice in Administrative and Environmental law with Alessio Mauro, Rome BAR, who just joined the firm with an Of Counsel role. Alessio Mauro is an expert of Administrative and Environmental law and advises clients such as local authorities, other public authorities and leading national and multinational companies. Alessio Mauro advices clients both in extrajudicial and judicial matters, in front of Administrative Regional Courts as well as in front of the Supreme Administrative Court (Consiglio di Stato). The focus of the Firm in this area of practice will be to advice clients on judicial and extrajudicial matters related to administrative law, public law and to environmental issues connected to the public utilities, energy and oil sectors.
